Below download the lastest agenda for use in Outlook, iCal, etc.

iCalendar import for Microsoft Outlook

To import the agenda into a Microsoft Outlook Calendar:

Note: If Microsoft Outlook is your default calendar program, you can select "open" from the download option in your browser and the file will be directly imported to your calendar.

1. Click on the Download Agenda button above.
2. Choose Save to Disk.
   • Results: You are prompted to save the file in a location on your hard drive.
3. Open Microsoft Outlook
4. Select File > Import and Export
   Results: Import & Export Wizard Opens
   
   
5. Select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs) and select Next
6. Browse to the location of your downloaded iCalendar file (.ics) and select Open.

iCalendar import for Macintosh iCal

To import the agenda into a Macintosh iCal:

1. Click on the Download Agenda button above.
2. Choose Save to Disk.
   Results: You are prompted to save the file in a location on your hard drive.
3. Double-click on the events calendar file (.ics) from its saved location on your hard drive.
4. Select the calendar in iCal to which you wish to import the file and choose OK

Other Clients

As the iCalendar format is a standard not strictly adhered to by calendar client applications, the iCalendar download is not guaranteed to work for all personal calendar systems. We hope to increase support for other calendar clients in future releases of the iCalendar Agenda.
